“I had constant back pain for years before I finally decided to go see Dr. Kim. I saw her around Christmas 2020 and then again about a month later. I believe the third time is the charm but here I am 5 months later, happy, pain free, and feeling amazing after only 2 visits. she got me figured out quickly, she cracked me so satisfyingly, and gave me a few tips for better back health. “I have had two "miracle" types of encounters with Dr. Baker. The first was in 2017 when I dislocated my hip and injured myself extensively. I could barely even lift my leg at all - had been in agony on bedrest for months - in physio - nothing was working. Within moments of being in her office she could see exactly what was out where - including the surrounding bones and I walked out of there able to breathe for the first time in 3-4 months. When I say what she did with me was a miracle I mean it - I had my life back within minutes of leaving her office. Now to story number 2. This past 5 months I have suffered two traumas and two TBI's - concussions, etc. A couple days before I got in to see her I was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome. I had completely lost all quality of life up until my visit with her. All I could do is sleep. I was in unbelievable pain - could not eat - had vertigo- everything you can imagine with a head injury. The pressure in my ears was unbearable. I did not even feel safe to drive. Here is what she was able to do for me: 1. They got me in within 24 hours of when I made my call expressing my urgent need for treatment. 2. They booked off extra time for me so I would not feel rushed and I could fully explain what was happening. 3. She listened carefully and assessed me. 4. She very cautiously located where the issues may be coming from that were causing me the bulk of my issues. 5. She used non-invasive measures to encourage my body back to where it should be, safely. 6. She gave me a personal referral, ensuring quality care to a reputable physio therapist for additional TBI care. 7. She made sure she had time to get me in the following week as often as needed to continue providing me with the care I needed and mentioned should I need a Sunday appointment to reach out, that she would fit me in on the weekend if I am in pain. That night was the first night I was able to lay flat on my back without feeling that I was literally losing consciousness. My pain, vertigo, pressure were gone by 70% over night. After my next visit my symptoms were better by 90% at least. That is where I am at today and I have only seen her two times thus far for these injuries. When I say that is a miracle - I mean literally. The ER doctor was so concerned about the severity of my debilitating symptoms they did a follow up CT, recommended steroids to my brain (which I declined) - the whole bit - and within a couple days of seeing Dr. Baker I am up and about - back to work - I feel like the accidents did not happen, no pain killers - nothing. Now I can not say everyone will have such unbelievable results working with any chiropractor - but I can say that if you need a miracle - if you need someone that absolutely knows their stuff - without a shadow of a doubt she is who you need to see. I hope that the issues you face can be addressed as seamlessly as mine were. Her diagnostic abilities are in my opinion mind blowing. To be able to isolate what is going on - without x-rays - fully clothed - blows my mind. Her bedside manner is extremely laid back - receptive, helpful, courteous, positive, encouraging. She helped me believe I could get better and I was honestly not so sure when I went in there if I would ever recover from my TBI's. I just can not say enough about Dr. Baker. You can trust you are in very good hands should you be in need of chiropractic care. I would say, whatever ailment you have - regardless if it seams to be chiropractic or not - start with her and see what happens. She is your first place to go in my opinion with just about any health related issue. She will point you in the right direction if your need is outside her scope - guaranteed.
