With her Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Fika utilizes many different techniques in her practice and believes this is an integral part of health care, as every person is different and responds differently to care. Some techniques she uses are manual adjustments, McKenzie method, soft tissue mobilization, cold laser therapy (Theralase), activator, Thompson drop and exercise/rehabilitation.
In her spare time, Dr. Fika enjoys running marathons, hiking, and travelling. She believes in looking at each patient with individual needs and knows there is a physical, emotional and psychological aspect to health care and wellness
