About Holly
Clinical Focus: Nervous System Health (ADHD, Autism, Anxiety), Thyroid Health, Mental Health, and Paediatrics.
From a young age, Holly has had a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature and the body’s innate ability to restore balance. Before pursuing naturopathic medicine, she worked as a park ranger, where she developed a profound respect for the interconnectedness of humans and the natural world. This connection continues to shape her philosophy as a clinician — that true wellness comes from aligning our bodies and minds with the rhythms of nature.
Holly is a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), where she earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree. During her internship year, she completed a focused clinical shift in Mental Health and Paediatrics, deepening her understanding of emotional wellness and child development. She is currently completing her board examinations and is offering appointments in the meantime. She will begin formally accepting patients for naturopathic care in the spring.
Holly’s specific clinical interests include nervous system health: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cognitive Impairment, Anxiety, Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid health: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Grave's. She believes that addressing the root causes of imbalance—whether physical, emotional, or environmental—is essential for long-term healing and vitality.
Holly provides a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates both modern and traditional healing practices. She offers a wide range of therapeutic modalities to restore balance and support the body’s natural healing process.

Live Blood Cell Microscopy and Dry Blood Cell Analysis:
These assessments provide a real-time look at the quality and activity of your blood cells, offering valuable insight into digestion, immune function, oxidative stress, and overall vitality. Holly uses this tool to help identify imbalances and guide individualized recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle.
Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST):
NST is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique based on the principles of Bowen Therapy. It helps reset the body’s structural and neurological systems, promoting deep relaxation, pain relief, and improved alignment. Holly integrates NST into her sessions to support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-correct.
Holly believes that healing is both a science and an art — a process of reconnecting with oneself and the natural world. Her mission is to educate and empower each patient to discover their body’s innate potential for healing and balance.
