Childhood Neurodevelopment & Functional Neurology
Dr. Fraser is a passionate advocate for helping children reach their full potential by addressing the root causes of developmental and behavioural challenges. As a certified provider of the Melillo Method, Dr. Fraser utilizes a comprehensive, brain-based approach to support children struggling with learning difficulties, behavioural concerns, sensory processing issues, and other neurodevelopmental delays. He is equally committed to guiding and empowering families, recognizing the vital role parents and caregivers play in a child’s progress.
Originally from a sheep and cattle property in the remote outback of Western Queensland, Australia, Dr. Fraser’s journey into chiropractic care and neurodevelopment was inspired by his own childhood challenges with concentration and learning. After struggling for years and exhausting conventional interventions, he experienced a dramatic transformation under the care of a chiropractor who introduced him to neurodevelopmental therapies. In just six months, he advanced from a second-grade reading level to reading The Lord of the Rings with ease—an experience that changed the trajectory of his life.
This personal transformation sparked his desire to make a difference in the lives of other children and families. He pursued a degree in chiropractic care at CQ University in Tropical North Queensland and later earned a Fellowship in Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders through the International Board of Functional Neurosciences (USA). His training aligns with his commitment to functional neurology and neuroplasticity-based care.
Dr. Fraser is a key member of the integrative team at EPIC Health and Movement, serving in both the EPIC Kids and EPIC Brain Health, Concussion, and Neuroscience Divisions. He is known for his patient, thorough, and heartfelt approach—always aiming to bring clarity, confidence, and hope to families navigating complex developmental journeys.
Affectionately called “Dr. Fras” by his young patients, he remains dedicated to continuous learning and advancing his clinical expertise. Outside of practice, Dr. Fraser enjoys playing rugby union, skiing, and hiking with his wife, Dr. Danielle, and their beloved dog, Paddington.
