Dr. Emily Baas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Following University, she moved to Toronto Ontario where she attended CMCC for 4 more years. During these 4 years she became certified in Cupping and participated in the Level 1 Activator course. After which, she graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017. Following her graduation, Dr. Baas moved from her hometown of Dorchester, Ontario and began the journey of her new life in British Columbia.
Dr. Baas' practice focuses on chiropractic care tailored for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and paediatric wellness. Through years of additional training and extensive experience in treating expectant mothers, new parents, and children, Dr. Baas has a passion for helping mamas go through the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Dr. Baas aims to alleviate discomfort, support their musculoskeletal system, and promote overall wellness for both mother and baby. In paediatric care, Dr. Baas is dedicated to ensuring healthy growth and development through gentle, effective techniques tailored to her wee little patients.
