About Danika

I began my career at the University of Ottawa completing an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics. This was the beginning of my interest in nutrition and healthy living. Routinely, I began to incorporate concepts I had been taught and as a result, I experienced profound improvement in my general health, energy and state of mind. I realized my vocation lay in helping others to reach their health goals, prevent disease and to heal themselves. I continued my studies and completed a four-year graduate degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I augmented my professional credentials with a Master of Science in Acupuncture granted by the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. My areas of interest include autoimmune conditions, fertility, pain management, digestive problems and stress management. My experience has helped me understand how to better guide people, who are living with a variety of health conditions, so that they can achieve their optimal state of health.
