Dr. Christina Mallinos is an experienced chiropractor and the owner of Urban Health Group, where she leads with a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach to care. As a mother of two, she brings a unique perspective and deep understanding to her work—particularly when supporting growing families through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the early years of parenthood. Movement has been part of Dr. Christina’s life from an early age. As a former competitive gymnast who has been under chiropractic care since childhood, she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt—an insight that continues to guide her practice today. She has a special interest in perinatal care and offers c-section scar release therapy using the Dolphin Neurostim—a gentle, effective modality that supports tissue healing and restores connection to the core. Christina is also passionate about working with babies and children, helping families navigate each stage of development with confidence and support. In addition to chiropractic care, she offers acupuncture for both acute and chronic conditions, often incorporating ear seeds to help regulate the nervous system and promote emotional balance.
