About Chris
Dr. Henson received his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in 1992 and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Chicago in 1995. He has been doing ART® since 1998 and is an ART® instructor and part of the Elite Provider Network. He is also certified in Graston Technique®, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and is a provider and instructor for SpiderTech taping.
Dr. Henson believes in a team approach to rehabilitation. Focusing on injury recovery and performance enhancement for active individuals, he has been a consultant for athletes from the NFL, NHL, CFL and PGA, as well as for Olympic and World Class competitors. Whether an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, if you are injured or are looking to enhance your performance, Dr. Chris and the team at NHRC can help you achieve your goals.
Outside of the clinic, Chris isn’t all business all the time! Yes, he’s a consummate professional, but does have other interests and passions. Chris is a father, sports enthusiast and has completed the Boston Marathon twice. He’s also an avid musician and plays in a music therapy band. But he doesn’t necessarily do both at the same time!
