“Okay so I have been going thru a lot this summer, well honestly most people are. When I met Alyssa she was so warm and nice I definitely thought if I was going to try a chiropractor for the first time it would be her. So when I went in today I wanted her to help get the energy flowing in my body as with all these shifts I could feel like things were not flowing easily and thought she might be able to help. Well holy smokes I could feel her as she worked on me gently move the energy and realign me and the energy so everything plowed easier. On a physical level I could feel the stress and tension leave and my body and things sit easier against her table without any tension anymore. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back again.”

“When my wife was pregnant with our first daughter she visited Dr Shepherd regularly who was able to give her the relief she needed from her pregnancy aches and pains! The treatments definitely helped with the general pregnancy discomforts as well as helping to alleviate the tension and pain she was feeling in her back, pelvis and hips. Not only did Dr Shepherd help to make my wife more comfortable during the pregnancy but I believe her chiropractic treatments played a part in allowing her to have the natural birth we desired.”
