I am a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for movement. My goal is to support the local community in building strength, mobility and resilience through evidence-based movement. I have a passion for strength and conditioning, exercise, and kettlebell training. My unique approach is grounded in the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neuroscience. Through targeted, structured movement, I help address muscle imbalances, strength deficits, joint limitations, movement compensations, and overall physical function.
