About Denise
Denise is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies. She takes a client-centred approach to care, combining thoughtful assessment with individualized treatment to support each person’s unique goals—whether that’s recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply creating space to relax and reset.
Her treatments may include a combination of therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, and relaxation-focused care depending on each client’s needs and comfort level. She believes in creating a welcoming and supportive treatment environment where clients feel heard, comfortable, and involved in their care
Denise enjoys working with a wide range of concerns including muscular tension, stress-related discomfort, headaches, and general aches and pains from everyday life. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered in their recovery while supporting long-term wellness and overall well-being.
