As an acupuncturist and TCM herbalist, my goal is to support you in finding balance, relief, and a deeper connection to your own well-being. Chinese medicine teaches us that true healing happens when we create harmony within-between the mind, body, and spirit. Guided by the principles of Yin-Yang and the Five Element theory, I help patients reconnect with the natural rhythms of their bodies and the world around them. Whether through acupuncture, herbal medicine, or simple lifestyle shifts, my focus is on restoring flow, easing discomfort, and nurturing resilience as life unfolds. The conditions I treat vary greatly, but some of the most common include musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, insomnia, stress, muscle tightness, pain or stiffness, as well as supporting fertility and regulating menstrual cycles. My approach is gentle and compassionate, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.
