About Daniella

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University) and completed the Social Service Work and Early Childhood Education programs at Sheridan College My main passion is supporting individuals on their journey to overcoming challenges. I believe when individuals are provided with the proper resources and guidance from their community during times of uncertainty, they will have the proper tools to flourish and achieve their lifelong goals. I have worked with many individuals from various walks of life and have experience supporting them with depression, PTSD, anxiety, trauma, stress, isolation, loneliness, panic disorders, OCD, and ADHD. I also have experience providing support to those affected by motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and I have worked within the geriatric community, particularly with individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia In addition to individual work, I have experience working with couples. Holding space for both partners as they deepen their connection, improve communication, and move through relational challenges with greater awareness and intention. I approach therapy as a healing process, providing an inclusive space to talk through concerns, validate emotions, and implement skills when needed.
