Empathy is the cornerstone of our work together. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I am a registered social worker with a Bachelor of Social Worker from Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University. With over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, families, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, my practice focuses on supporting individuals through various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, family dynamics, and grief. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, aiming to empower individuals by recognizing and building on their unique abilities and perspectives. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques including Narrative Therapy (NT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Strength Based Therapy, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
