About Daniel
Daniel graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He also holds certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Growing up, Daniel was deeply involved in physical pursuits, participating in team sports such as basketball and volleyball. His passion for sports continued to grow through martial arts training and later developed strong interests in weightlifting and fitness. These experiences cultivated a lasting passion for active living and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in healthcare.
Daniel maintains an active lifestyle by taking regular walks with his dog, strength training at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.
