###Meet Dana Paltado Dana is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others through therapeutic care. She graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and previously completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Her educational background has given her a solid foundation in understanding the body and how to support others in feeling their best. Dana’s path to massage therapy was influenced by her own recovery from injuries, where she saw how beneficial massage could be for both physical and mental well-being. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and strives to expand her skills to provide the best care possible. Using a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, joint mobilization, cupping, and other therapeutic approaches, Dana tailors each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs, helping to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote overall health.
