About Damini
I am Damini, a Registered Physiotherapist with a focus on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and injuries, including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries, as well as clients managing acute or ongoing concerns. My goal is to help each person safely return to work, exercise, and everyday activities with greater confidence.
My treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, therapeutic exercise, progressive strengthening, movement retraining, and modalities such as laser therapy and shockwave therapy when appropriate.
I take the time to understand each person’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals so I can develop an individualized treatment plan that supports recovery, builds strength, and helps them move with confidence.
