Cynthiya completed her Bachelor of Arts specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University. She is extremely driven and enthusiastic with a tremendous passion for physiotherapy, sports and helping others. She is experienced with treating those recovering from chronic pain and injuries. She is very knowledgeable regarding physical therapy services.
With a combination of her academic and practical experience, she is able to apply her valuable skill set to clients and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Exercise has always been an important part of her life. She loves to empower others and help them become the best version of themselves while achieving their goals. She wants to bring transformative change to SHAPE and provide one on one care to her clients.
In her free time, she enjoys lifting at the gym and spending time with her family. She also loves trying new things and going on adventures.
