Courtney is a registered massage therapist in the city of Calgary. She completed her schooling at Makami college and graduated in Advanced Clinical Massage with 3000 hours. She offers a variety of techniques and incorporates general Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, cupping and stretching/strengthening into all her treatments. She believes massage can help reduce stress while also helping you maintain a healthy body and mind. Whether your symptoms are related to stress, tension, postural imbalances, neuromuscular symptoms, trigger points or Motor vehicle accidents, she customizes all treatments based on each patient's unique and particular needs.
