About Claire

Claire received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and previously obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. Claire is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to help them get back to what matters most, whether it’s returning to a favourite activity, improving mobility, or simply feeling stronger and more confident with movement. Claire has experience working with patients with chronic pain and those undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation. In her approach, she utilizes a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, personalized exercise prescription, and education to create an effective treatment to help clients achieve their goals. Her goal is to always empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay active and continue improving beyond the clinic. In her free time, Claire loves playing tennis, skiing, and trying out new food spots in the city. She also enjoys going to concerts and travelling to exciting new places!
