About Christy

Christy is a seasoned RMT with a rich background, offering our clients over 23 years of massage therapy experience and expert care. Educated at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Toronto, Ontario, she often blends Eastern and Western modalities creating effective, customized massage treatments. Although Christy treats a number of ailments she is particularly passionate about helping clients find relief from headaches, migraines, chronic pain, stress-related tension as well, she enjoys helping those that seek maintenance and relaxation treatments. She has been known to put clients to sleep during a relaxation massage and considers it to be a great compliment! To enhance her treatments, she offers advanced techniques including Cupping, Warm Bamboo, and Gua Sha. Christy believes open communication and mutual understanding are the foundations of successful treatments. She is passionate about educating her clients on the importance of proper self care, such as; stretching, sleep posture, foot care and the correct use of hydrotherapy. Christy aims to have her clients leave their appointments feeling their absolute best, with a positive outlook and improved quality of life.
