Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a Mental Health and Addiction Worker diploma. She uses a variety of therapeutic interventions based on client’s individual needs, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally- Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution- Focused Therapy. Her approach is to work from a non-oppressive, non-judgmental, humanistic perspective, while encouraging clients to make their own life decisions. She has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with life stressors. Christine can help clients develop a greater understanding of relationship/family dynamics, patterns of behaviours that lead to problems, and underlying feelings associated with triggers.
