Christina (she/they) is passionate about bringing her therapeutic knowledge to the table, creating individualized treatment plans and home exercises based on client wellness goals — assisting in the shift from pain and stress to mindful breathing and movement. Christina joined Vitality's dynamic team of therapists in 2014.
Christina graduated from Victoria's West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2013. They have since taken foot massage classes in Thailand and worked at a summer resort fishing lodge on Haida Gwaii. In 2016, they completed manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) training to treat cording and lymphedema.
Christina offers direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, SunLife, Greenshield, and extended health plan companies accessible through the Telus Health Eclaims Portal.
