You don't need a diagnosis to know that your mind won't slow down. I'm the lead therapist for Hope Harbour's BRAVE Method, our structured 12-week program built for adults living with chronic worry and anxiety. It's entirely individual and fully online, a clear, step-by-step path rather than a loose collection of ideas: understanding what keeps worry going, building practical tools to calm your body and challenge anxious thinking, and gradually facing the situations you've been avoiding. The program closes with relapse-prevention work, so you leave with a plan in hand for what to do if worry resurfaces down the road. Outside the program, I also work with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, and hopelessness more broadly, using a holistic, person-centred approach tailored to each client's needs, values, and goals.
