Ms. Chloe Allen, MSW, RSW (Clinical Social Worker) provides individual therapy for adults, focusing on those struggling with relationship concerns, anger, emotional regulation, and those who find themselves leaning on coping strategies/patterns that cause disruption in their lives. Her approach is genuine, collaborative and curious in supporting clients tap into their inner resilience and adaptability to move towards a more meaningful and aligned life. Chloe is an EMDR Therapist that utilizes a parts-informed approach and integrates various evidence-based modalities (ACT, DBT, CBT, MI) to meet the uniqueness of each client. Her practice is grounded in neuro-psychotherapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of the brain, body, experiences, and environment. Ms. Allen earned her Master’s in Social Work from St. Thomas University. Her background practicing as a structural social worker in areas of crisis intervention, homelessness, substance use and forensics has informed her commitment to cultivating a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and relational approach to the therapeutic process.
