CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS---Chenoa is an orthopaedic and pelvic floor physiotherapist who brings curiosity, compassion, and a love of movement into every session. She completed her MSc in physiotherapy at McMaster University and have continued building her skills through extensive coursework and hand-on experience in both orthopaedic and pelvic care. Outside the clinic, you'll usually find her skiing, trail running, mountain biking, or backpacking in the mountains. A life of adventure and time outdoors has shaped her practice. She loves helping people stay active in the way that matters the most to them. Her goal is to help you better understand your body, build confidence in movement, and return to the activities you love with less pain and more ease. Chenoa strives to create a friendly, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and capable every step of the way.
