My name is Chelsea Darragh, I am a registered massage therapist completing the 3000 hour program at Makami college. I’m in good standing with the MTAA (Massage therapist association of Alberta) I’m incredibly passionate about what I do. I love helping people with a more holistic approach, specializing in more deep tissue and sports related massage using advanced neuromuscular techniques. I truly believe knowledge is power. So I make sure all of my clients have a good understanding as to what is happening in their body, and what they can do to fix it. As well as setting them up for success in the future by sending them home with stretching or strengthening exercises specific to them and their conditions. My modalities include fascial and myofascial cupping, fascial scraping techniques such as guasha, and various stretching techniques such as PNF, passive and active stretching. I am also well versed in prenatal massage, and relaxation/Swedish massage.
