About Charles

I became a physiotherapist to help people. Early in my career, I was fortunate to work in the professional sports environment with the Vancouver Whitecaps which provided the foundation to my philosophy in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring best practices for patients to get back to what matters most to them. I’m drawn to a collaborative, patient-centered approach and value building genuine relationships so patients feel supported and understood throughout their recovery journey. Though no longer in pro sports, I will always get excited in helping athletes of all ages get back to their sport; whether that is a young soccer player trying to return from injury or guiding a new runner in conquering their first marathon. With my own hopeful goal of one day qualifying for the Boston Marathon, I’m currently on a deep dive into all things related to running, sports performance and training optimization. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me training for my next running or triathlon race and dabbling in new sports (currently pickleball).
