Dr. Charles Tallon brings over 20 years of chiropractic experience to Family Health Options. His journey into chiropractic began after a serious basketball injury in high school, when chiropractic care helped him return to high-level basketball after other treatments had been unsuccessful. Dr. Tallon holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education, both Summa Cum Laude, and graduated first in his Kinesiology class, receiving the Dean Braun Medal. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of patients, from families and everyday patients to professional and elite athletes. His experience includes working with the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Argonauts, London Knights, WWE, NFL Combine, and numerous national and international sporting events. Dr. Tallon is a Masters Level A.R.T. Provider and Neurofunctional Acupuncture & Dry Needling Provider. His approach incorporates chiropractic adjustments, A.R.T. soft-tissue therapy, shockwave therapy, acupuncture & dry needling, orthotics, and rehabilitative exercises. He is excited to join the Family Health Options team and provide evidence-informed care to the St. Thomas and surrounding community.
