Hi I'm Cece! I am incredibly passionate about couples work in general. My specialities lie in: Affair/Betrayal Recovery, Conflict Management, High Conflict and Discernment Counselling I am about as real as it gets for a therapist. I get the days when you just love your spouse so deeply and the days when you kind of just don't want them around and that's the reality of marriage. Life and relationships aren’t always tidy at all and neither is the work it takes to keep them thriving. I help couples cut through the patterns that sabotage their connection. Using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Terry Real’s Relational Life approach, I guide partners to see what’s really happening between them with honesty that’s both compassionate and direct. I don’t sugarcoat, because lasting change doesn’t come from tiptoeing around the truth. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, trying to repair old wounds, or feeling the distance grow, my focus is on helping you reconnect in a way that’s real, loving, and sustainable for wherever you are at in your journey. Over my 15 years as a couples therapist I have seen countless couples move through, pain, disconnection, separation, healing and rebuilding.
