Cathy is originally from Cloverdale, Nova Scotia and she completed her Massage Therapy Diploma from Trios College in Ontario. She has completed additional education courses in:

In her spare time, Cathy enjoys strength training, walking, spending time outdoors, walking her dog, crocheting, yoga, continuous learning in health and wellness, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of anatomy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise to better support my clients.
