Hi, I’m Castin, and I’m the Client Care Coordinator here at Rhapsody Psychotherapy and Counselling. My role is to support both our clients and our associates in any way I can. I love helping our therapists with behind-the-scenes work so they can focus more of their energy on the time they spend with their clients. When it comes to connecting with clients, I’m here to help make things easier. Whether you need assistance booking appointments, have questions about billing, or are trying to find the therapist who feels like the right fit, I’m happy to walk alongside you through the process. Starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that first step as comfortable and supportive as possible. Outside of work, you can usually find me at the gym, playing Minecraft, or spending time with my two handsome cats, Timmy and Koda.
