Cassidy graduated in 2024 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Her practice is built on a patient-centred approach, with a focus on relaxation-based Swedish massage that integrates targeted trigger point release, passive stretching, and fascial techniques. While she has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and systemic conditions, she enjoys a clinical focus on addressing headaches, migraines, stress, anxiety and nerve impingements.
Cassidy also takes a particular interest in supporting patients through their pregnancy journeys with pre and postnatal care. She is dedicated to further expanding her knowledge and skills in women’s health. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and long-term physical well-being.
Outside the clinic, Cassidy tries to stay active at the gym, running, or exploring local hiking trails. She values quality time with her friends and family and brings that same sense of connection to her patient care.
