About Cassidy

Cassidy is a graduate of Georgian College’s Advanced Diploma Massage Therapy program and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2023. With a background in competitive athletics, she discovered the benefits of massage therapy early on—both physically and mentally—which ultimately inspired her to pursue it as a career. Cassidy is committed to delivering personalized, goal-oriented care through techniques such as trigger point therapy, fascial release, rhythmic mobilizations, and both stretching and strengthening methods. She is continually expanding her clinical knowledge to best support her clients' unique needs. Outside the clinic, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her partner and their cats, and also adventuring with her nephew’s. She has a passion for cars and enjoys learning more about them in her free time. Cassidy also loves to travel—especially throughout Europe—where she finds inspiration, culture, and adventure.
