My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their sense of self or desired direction, and who are seeking clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose. I provide individual counselling for adults, approaching each person with genuine human connection first and foremost as I believe the client-therapist alliance is the foundation of our work together. I understand that reaching out for help can be a difficult step to take and I respect your need for trust, privacy, and straightforward communication. I will meet you where you are at, and in my office you can take the armour off and speak freely without fear of judgement or stigma. With both personal and professional experience in the first responder community, I also have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by trauma-exposed professionals and their family members.
