About Caet

I’m a certified Usui Reiki Master, art therapy practitioner and colour energy intuitive, with a background as a fertility, birth, postpartum and loss doula. I’ve been supporting people through doula work since 2012 and practising Reiki since 2016. My practice is rooted in a deep curiosity about colour—how we respond to it, what we’re drawn to, and how it can be used intentionally to support relaxation, balance and our everyday experience. I bring intuitive colour work into my energy practice, creating sessions that are gentle, personal and responsive to the individual in front of me. As a neurodiverse, non-binary practitioner, creating a space where people can arrive as themselves matters deeply to me. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of all identities, bodies and lived experiences.
