My path into massage therapy began while working in hospital and rehabilitation settings, where I became aware of the spaces within healthcare where people’s needs and questions often went unanswered. Navigating my own accidents, injuries, and conditions I was told would be lifelong showed me how profoundly movement, hands on care, and lifestyle can change what feels possible.
For more than eight years, I have supported clients through an integrative approach that may include therapeutic massage, myofascial and meridian based techniques, breathwork, Reiki, and somatic practices. Rather than applying the same treatment to every person, I listen to what each client is experiencing and adapt our work to their body, comfort, and goals.
I have witnessed care create more than temporary relief. My work helps people better understand their bodies, recognize their capacity to influence their health, and become active participants in creating greater ease, function, and possibility in their lives.
