Using your body as my guide, I will tap into your energetic state and offer you the release and/or nourishment your body needs. I have helped my clients relieve physical + emotional pain, create an overall sense of calm in the body after trauma, clear stagnant and stuck energy, cut energetic cords, tend to relationships, sink into their pregnancies and find safety in birth prep along with so much more. I deeply believe that by supporting and tending to the energetic body on a consistent basis, we can heal, integrate and truly harness all that is happening within while finding deep safety and a sense of grounding that our bodies are longing for.
