As a former professional soccer player with over 20 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Trainer, I bring extensive knowledge of movement, performance, and recovery into my massage therapy practice. Currently completing my studies at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based, client-centered care. I am also certified in IASTM therapy, which I incorporate to effectively address soft tissue restrictions, support rehabilitation, and promote overall wellness.
