About Bisa

Bisa received a Bachelors in Biology & Kinesiology from York University, before earning a Diploma of Massage Therapy from Centennial College. She has been in practice as an RMT in Toronto for more than two decades, and as a Combined Decongestive Therapist (CDT), a designation that qualifies her to treat patients living with Lymphedema and other inflammatory conditions — e.g. postop swelling, arthritis, allergies/sinusitis — since 2013. Known for helping her patients to effectively manage symptoms ranging from acute back pain to chronic swelling, Bisa uses an evidence-based, client-centered approach to ensure that every individual she has the privilege to treat receives the care and support they need to feel, move and be better in their bodies. When Bisa is not working, these days she is likely to be found listening to one of her favourite podcasts, brushing up on her Spanish or roller-skating.
