About Bernice
Kinesiologist | B.Sc. Kin, Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor
Bernice earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and brings over 10 years of experience helping clients recover from injury, improve movement, and achieve their health goals.
She specializes in motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, pelvic floor health, postpartum rehabilitation, and functional movement training. Certified in Clinical Pilates through Calibrate Pilates, Bernice incorporates evidence-based exercise therapy and specialized equipment, including reformers, to support recovery, build strength, and improve long-term function.
As a former collegiate basketball player, Bernice understands firsthand the challenges of injury and recovery. Her approach is personalized, goal-oriented, and focused on helping clients return to the activities they enjoy with greater strength, confidence, and resilience.
Outside of the clinic, Bernice enjoys basketball, Pilates, running, hiking, snowboarding, and travelling.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
