Ben holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. He has experience treating complex musculoskeletal injuries across a wide range of patient populations - from acute trauma and post-surgical rehab to chronic pain and performance recovery. His approach combines manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, and individualized exercise programs, with a strong emphasis on patient education and understanding the root cause of injury. Every assessment is thorough and every treatment plan is specific to the individual. Ben is a former provincial and national competitive badminton athlete and enjoys hiking and running in his spare time.
