Ben is a registered massage therapist who uses traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations in his practice. Each of these modalities are used in a typical treatment blending seamlessly into one another. Ben has a patient centred approach that values his patient’s needs and concerns, modifying his techniques to best suit each patient’s needs.
