My counselling approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and courage. I honour each client’s lived experience and inner wisdom throughout the counselling process while striving to create intentional experiences where you feel safe, heard, supported, and able to show up as you are! Whether you prefer a walk-and-talk session along the beach or a cozy conversation in our private studio, I aim to gently support you in developing practical tools for navigating emotions with great ease, resilience, and meaningful growth. I draw from a diverse background as a former professional soccer player abroad, mental performance coach, school teacher, and artist. These experiences inform my grounded and holistic approach in supporting you through life’s challenges and transitions. It’s truly an honour to support you on your wellness journey, and I look forward to connecting with and supporting you every step of the way :) Areas of Practice: - General Counselling - Sports Counselling & Mental Performance - Art Therapy Modalities of Interest: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, & Somatic Therapy. I am currently a counsellor working toward accreditation under the supervision of an ACCT-approved supervisor and am not yet eligible for insurance coverage. To support accessibility, services are offered at a reduced rate, and sliding scale options are available if needed.
