About Ashley
Ashley is a Registered Psychologist providing counselling to children, teens and young adults. She is experienced with a variety of different concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation, behavioural strategies, relationships, social skills and parent strategies and support. She takes a special interest in providing psychological interventions in sport and performance for those involved competitively and recreationally. Ashley's practice involves play based therapy techniques, solution focused and cognitive behavioural interventions, as well as other age appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
