About Ashley
Ashley Dimen is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from York University with a Bachelors of Arts with Honours in Kinesiology (BA) and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy. Ashley is currently attending the Advanced Standing Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health and Technology.
Ashley has had the privilege of working with athletes from USports, provincial, and national level, and she is currently working with U16 AAA Markham Majors Hockey Team. Ashley integrates a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic modalities, rehabilitative exercises, and patient education in her treatments to address the patient's main cause, while addressing their symptoms.
