Ashley has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2008 and is still just as passionate about her work as the day she started this journey. She has taken many courses learning new skills to offer a wide range of treatments including MIPA, reflexology, TMJ, muscle energy, osteopathic techniques, functional/postural integration techniques. She uses high quality essential oils to enhance the effects of treatment and relaxation. Ashley likes to have balance in the treatment and includes her patients in their healing process with on table movement and teaching beneficial stretches and exercises to take home so come ready to move and relax!
