About Arina

Arina Silver graduated from The Canadian College of Massage Therapists in 2000 and has been working in multidisciplinary medical rehab settings for the last 20 years, 17 of which she has dedicated to her team and clients here at MHCR. Arina has worked with special interest in prenatal support, oncology support and sports performance care via massage therapy. She builds reliable patient/therapist relations with her clientele and encourages clients to be active participants in their healing process and to their overall well being. Arina is a yoga enthusiast and as an RMT she believes in the invaluable healing power of touch to bring balance and harmony to mind, body & spirit through nurturing therapeutic touch especially in this fast paced society. She prides herself on authentic presence and intention to engage the whole person into deeper levels of relaxation and the sensation of relief.
