Holding an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology alongside credentials as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Nutritionist and Fascial Stretch Therapist, Aria has worked extensively with high-performance university varsity athletes and complex rehabilitation populations.
