About Anna

Anna graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer in 2013, and is a member of good standing with the massage association CMMOTA. Certifications: Therapeutic, Relaxation, and Prenatal Hot stone Cupping and Gua Sha Reflexology Rattan Anna has been a massage therapist for 12 years and is currently doing a refresher course for Gua sha. She took her two year massage diploma in Red Deer except for Rattan, which was in Lethbridge. Anna enjoys helping people achieve physical and emotional well being by reducing pain, alleviating stress, and improving circulation through hands-on skills. Some of the areas Anna likes to treat are: neck, feet, scalp, lower and upper back, and jaw (TMJ). Outside of work, Anna dabbles in different craft projects and enjoys nature while walking.
